  • Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, you agree to follow and be legally bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the site.

  • Terms & Conditions of Deposit

A booking deposit is required at the time of booking.  This gives confirmation of your booking.  It will come off your charge on the day of your treatment.  It allows you forty-eight (48) business hours prior to your appointment to make last minute changes or to cancel, without forfeiting the charge.   Failure to give notification within the nominated time frame or to attend your appointment will incur the deposit, as a ‘fail to attend’ charge.   Please be aware that no credit card details are kept on file.
